- External use

How to use Peppermint Essential Oil
Who it's for
Use it well diluted for massaging shoulders, neck and tired muscles: it refreshes the skin. Its scent is refreshing, invigorating and helps you focus.
In a diffuser
Add 3-4 drops of peppermint to your ultrasonic diffuser or nebuliser. Its fresh scent is a good companion for work or study. Air the room now and then and do not diffuse for hours on end.
Dry inhalation
Put 1-2 drops of peppermint on a tissue or a personal inhaler and breathe in the scent when you need it, for example while travelling or at the office.
On targeted areas
Mix 1 drop of peppermint with a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage onto the back of the neck or tired legs.
Foot soak
Add 2 drops to a basin of warm water with a tablespoon of salt for a refreshing foot soak.
Precautions
For external use only: do not ingest. Patch-test on a small area before first use and keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or using it on children, ask a professional first. Keep tightly closed, away from light and heat. Avoid the face and do not use on children under 6 or during pregnancy.
