How can I track my shipment?
As soon as we start preparing your order you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation with a link to track your order. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be uploaded.
My order is a gift, can I include a note?
Yes of course. You just have to leave the note in the corresponding field at Checkout, and we will take care of writing it on a postcard and including it in the shipment.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Damage does not usually occur in shipments, but if your product arrives broken, please inform the person who delivered the order of the incident, and then send us an email to email@example.com with the details and photos of the products damaged. We will replace damaged products with new ones.
If upon receiving the package it is damaged, defective or the product is incorrect, contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will proceed to make the corresponding change or refund in the same payment method that you have used.
