- How to use
We recommend blending with a vegetable oil before applying to the skin. Remember to follow the dilutions recommended in our usage guide. Or add a few drops to your essential oil diffuser to create your own blend.
- Precautions
Do not use expired or oxidised product. Avoid sun exposure after application due to the risk of photosensitisation. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not ingest. Do not apply undiluted directly to the skin. Essential oils are not recommended for children under 3. Keep out of reach of children.

Getting started
Try the oils one at a time and read each oil's page to learn about its scent and precautions.
In a diffuser
Add 5-6 drops to your diffuser. You can blend two or three oils from the pack to create your own synergy.
Massage
Mix 2-3 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the skin. Never apply them neat.
In the bath
Mix 4-5 drops with carrier oil or shower gel before adding to the water.
Precautions
For external use only: do not ingest. Citrus oils are photosensitising: avoid the sun after applying them. Keep bottles tightly closed, away from light and heat.
