- External use
Always dilute essential oils in a vegetable oil before applying them to the skin. Do not ingest. Check with a professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have sensitive skin.
- On the skin
We recommend using it well diluted in relaxing massages. Application points: wrists, solar plexus and soles of the feet.
- In diffusion
In the diffuser, its intense, spicy aroma freshens the air in the colder months.
How to use Oregano Essential Oil
Who it's for
Well diluted, it brings hydration to all skin types. Its intense, spicy scent refreshes the room.
In a diffuser
Add 2-3 drops of oregano to your ultrasonic diffuser or nebuliser. Blend it with lemon or eucalyptus to soften it. Air the room now and then and do not diffuse for hours on end.
Around the home
For a room or linen spray: 10-15 drops of oregano in 100 ml of water with a splash of alcohol. Shake before each use and mist onto curtains, sofa or bedding (test on a hidden area first).
On the skin (well diluted)
If you want to apply it, mix no more than 1 drop of oregano per tablespoon of carrier oil and use it on small areas only, such as the soles of the feet. Never on the face.
Precautions
For external use only: do not ingest. Patch-test on a small area before first use and keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or using it on children, ask a professional first. Keep tightly closed, away from light and heat. It is very strong on the skin: no more than 1 drop per tablespoon of carrier oil, on small areas only and never on the face. Do not use on children.
