- External use

It is used as a skin tonic, helping to keep the skin firm and toned. It balances sebum and is especially recommended for oily and combination skin.
- In diffusion
Its green, fresh, slightly floral aroma is relaxing and balancing. It is also a natural home fragrance.

How to use Petitgrain Bigarade Essential Oil
Who it's for
Ideal for all skin types: balancing, it helps control excess oil. In your hair it helps regulate sebum, and its scent is relaxing and calming.
In a diffuser
Add 5-6 drops of petitgrain to your ultrasonic diffuser or nebuliser. Its green, citrusy scent creates a calm atmosphere. Air the room now and then and do not diffuse for hours on end.
In the bath
Mix 4-5 drops of petitgrain with a tablespoon of carrier oil, shower gel or bath salts before adding to the water: essential oils do not dissolve in water alone.
Body massage
Mix 2-3 drops of petitgrain into a tablespoon of carrier oil (sweet almond, jojoba…) and massage gently until absorbed. Never apply it neat.
On the face
Add 1 drop of petitgrain to your usual amount of face cream or face oil and apply to clean skin. Avoid the eye area.
Before sleep
Put 1-2 drops of petitgrain on your pillowcase or pyjama collar as part of a winding-down ritual.
Precautions
For external use only: do not ingest. Patch-test on a small area before first use and keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or using it on children, ask a professional first. Keep tightly closed, away from light and heat.
