Aromatherapy - Classics
Three classic essential oils to get started with aromatherapy. 100% pure and organic.
- Bergamot
Purifying, it helps balance excess oil on the skin and improve the look of dark spots. With its citrus aroma, bergamot is found in a third of all perfumes. Ideal for diffusion. It is photosensitising.
- Geranium
It balances and tones the skin, has an anti-ageing effect on mature skin and purifies blemish-prone skin. Its floral aroma is comforting and helps you unwind.
- Lavender
Calming and softening for the skin, and a great ally for hair care. Its relaxing aroma and versatility make it the essential oil par excellence. It is our favourite essential oil.
How to use Aromatherapy - Classics
Getting started
Try the oils one at a time and read each oil's page to learn about its scent and precautions.
In a diffuser
Add 5-6 drops to your diffuser. You can blend two or three oils from the pack to create your own synergy.
Massage
Mix 2-3 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the skin. Never apply them neat.
In the bath
Mix 4-5 drops with carrier oil or shower gel before adding to the water.
Precautions
For external use only: do not ingest. Citrus oils are photosensitising: avoid the sun after applying them. Keep bottles tightly closed, away from light and heat.
